How I became magnetic ? Manifestation as a practice.

Manifestation Is Not Magic, It’s Alignment

In this new moon phase, where a new cycle begins, I like to take time for myself to reflect, journal, manifest. I'm sharing today what I have truly understood about the practice of manifestation through experience.

Manifestation is often misunderstood. Many people think it is about wishing for something, visualizing it, affirm it, and waiting for it to arrive.

But manifestation, as I understand it now, is not about wishing.

It's about alignment.

It is about who you become, how you vibrate, and the space you create inside yourself to receive what life is ready to give you.

Through my own practice, I see manifestation as a process that unfolds in 5 stages.

1. Manifestation begins with frequency

The first thing I understood about manifestation is that it is not about believing something will happen. It is about embodying a vibrational state.

In spiritual philosophy and in kinesiology, they use a scale of consciousness that represents different emotional frequencies.

At the higher end of the scale, we find emotions such as love, gratitude, acceptance, and forgiveness. These states expand our awareness and open us to possibilities.

At the lower end, we find fear, guilt, shame, and anger. These emotions tend to place us in survival mode.

Many of our actions, reactions, and decisions are driven by unconscious fears. This is why honesty with ourselves is essential.

One way to become aware of these inner blockages is to observe your life carefully.

Notice your daily behaviors. Notice the situations that repeat themselves. Notice the cycles that keep coming back.

Very often, these patterns are showing us where we are still acting from fear instead of alignment.

Awareness is the first step.

2. Manifestation requires the ability to receive

The second stage of manifestation is something we rarely talk about: the capacity to receive.

Manifestation is not only about asking life for something. It is also about creating the inner space to receive what life sends back.

Receiving is a skill.

Many people unconsciously reject opportunities, support, love, or abundance because their inner system is not used to accepting them.

This is why manifestation becomes a practice.

You can train yourself to receive by starting with small things: a compliment, help from someone, a moment of kindness, an unexpected opportunity.

Each time you consciously allow yourself to receive, you expand your inner capacity.

Over time, this creates a new internal program where receiving becomes natural instead of uncomfortable.

Manifestation becomes then a potential = your ability (skills to manifest) + your capacity to receive (the inner space available).

3. Manifestation needs action

Another common mistake about manifestation is the idea that we simply need to wait.

But manifestation without action leads nowhere.

When something truly comes from your heart, it often feels like a spark of inspiration, almost like a memory being activated inside you.

This is the language of the soul.

The soul speaks through inspiration, clarity, and intuitive impulses to move forward.

The ego, on the other hand, speaks through doubt, hesitation, and fear.

That is why taking action matters: when the inspiration is alive, act with love and trust before the ego takes it from you.

Aligned action is part of the manifestation process.

4. Gratitude raises your vibration

Gratitude is one of the highest frequencies we can embody.

You cannot ask life for more while ignoring what already exists in your life.

Gratitude is a way of honoring life itself.

When you truly feel grateful, not just think it, but feel it deeply : you shift your energetic state.

It is also helpful to feel gratitude for your manifestation as if it already exists.

Not as a form of pretending, but as a way of connecting emotionally to the life you are creating.

Your emotional state becomes a bridge between where you are and what you are calling in.

5. Trust the process

The final stage is trust.

Trust without expectations.

There is an important difference between waiting and being patient.

Waiting often carries tension and attachment to a specific outcome.

Patience, on the other hand, is rooted in trust.

The universe respond to someone who is showing patience.

When you trust life, you allow things to align naturally. Timing adjusts. Paths open in unexpected ways.

Everything we desire already exists as a possibility in this universe.

Manifestation is simply the process of aligning yourself with the frequency of that possibility.

A closing reflection :

We cannot manifest from a version of ourselves that is still trapped in old patterns and limiting beliefs.

Manifestation begins when we choose to align with the version of ourselves that is already living the future we envision.

And sometimes, the first step is simply allowing ourselves to become that person.

With love, from my soul to yours.

Walking this path, listening, receiving, sharing.
