Guideline,booking policy and dress code for classes
Because we believe consistency is the key to progress, all classes are designed around a choreography that we practice for one month.
The best time to start your journey is during the first week of the month, so you can learn alongside the rest of the group from the beginning.
Of course, you're welcome to join at any time, but please note that starting later in the month may feel like a faster-paced experience as the choreography will already be underway.
We encourage regular attendance so you can fully embody the choreography throughout the month and enjoy a more satisfying and fulfilling experience. If you are visiting Koh Samui, you're welcome to join anytime!
