It’s allowing yourself a moment of pause to release what feels heavy and make space for a deep energetic cleanse, both around you and within you.
It’s an invitation to become aware of what is holding you back: blockages, limiting beliefs, inner boundaries… so you can gently release them.
The energies flowing during the full moon are those of surrender, acceptance, resilience, love, detachment...

NEW MOON
Celebrating this lunar phase means choosing to take action.
It’s giving yourself a moment to clarify what you truly want to nurture, manifest, and create in your life.
A space to plant new intentions and welcome energies of renewal.
It’s also an opportunity to bring limiting beliefs into the light, so they can be consciously transcended.
The energies flowing during the new moon are those of manifestation, activation of your inner power, attraction, release...
This phase invites you to reclaim your full power, honor your sovereignty, and lay the foundations for a new beginning aligned with your soul.

I attended my first in-person ceremony in Switzerland in 2019, and it was a true revelation. I felt the powerful energy of the group and how everyone was going through similar life situations. I remember feeling so relieved, peaceful, and supported, not alone.
Since then, I’ve been holding these spaces of introspection for myself every month, diving into a deep inner transformative journey.
In 2024, I began guiding them online with my Swiss community, then in person in Koh Samui.
Today, these lunar gatherings have become true pillars of my personal and spiritual growth.
